- All pillow covers are handmade in Brooklyn, NY using recycled designer fabrics. Please allow 7 business days for us to process and prepare your order.
- For custom or special orders, processing may take longer. You will receive an estimated timeline at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Methods:
- We offer standard shipping for a flat rate based on your order size and location, calculated at checkout.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Time:
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.
- We will provide a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but hope to expand our reach soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Damages & Issues:
- We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure quality. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you.
- To expedite resolution, please include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue in your message to our customer service team.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience any quality issues, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
